Amelyn Chong whose forte is in strategy and finance. A very experienced management consultant, Amelyn has over ten years of work experience and handled more than 30 consultancy projects spanning various industries ie. manufacturing, engineering, trading, retail, construction, Internet, financial, training / education and software.

She worked for major consulting firms ie. Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultant and Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd, before setting up A&L. Amelyn has also worked for major financial institutions ie. DBS Bank, DBS Finance and Citibank in the areas of mergers and acquisition, corporate planning, business development and financial product development.

Amelyn has a Master of Accountancy Degree and a First Class Honors Bachelor Degree of Economics in Business Administration. She was a scholar of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and American Express, Malaysia.

A&L has a number of associate partners with expertise in licensing/franchising, total quality management, ISO 9000, sales and marketing, and financial and management accounting.
